This policy covers everything sold on this website by Hydro Structural. To ask for a refund, a change or a return, email william@hydrostructural.com with your order number.
Online video courses
Online courses are digital. Access opens on your account as soon as you pay, so online course purchases cannot be refunded once access is open. If a lesson will not play or you cannot log in, email us and we will fix it.
Live seminars
- Cancel at least 3 months before the first day of the seminar: full refund.
- Cancel less than 3 months before: no refund, but you can move your place to the next session of the same seminar.
- If we cancel or reschedule a seminar, you can choose a full refund or a place in the next session.
- Travel and hotel costs are yours to arrange and are not refunded.
Pillows, tools, beds and other products
- Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we will tell you where to send them.
- Items that have been used cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it at our cost.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and mainland China only.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Once we issue the refund, your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

- 开课前不足 3 个月取消：不退款，但可以改报同一研讨会的下一期。

枕头、工具、床等实物商品

- 已使用过的商品不予退货。
- 退货运费由买家承担。

我们只配送到美国和中国大陆。
退款方式
退款会原路退回到你付款时使用的银行卡或支付方式。我们发起退款后，银行一般会在 5 到 10 个工作日内到账。
